Kale Chips

Kale is one of the healthiest foods you can possibly eat. People know it’s healthy, but a lot of us don’t eat it because, let’s be honest, it’s not the most amazing tasting food. Give my Kale Chips recipe a try though. Even your kids will be craving kale!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 bunches kale
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

And here’s how to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F°
  2. Wash kale and tear leaves off the stem in potato chip sizes
  3. Place leaves inside a plastic bag along with olive oil and salt
  4. Shake bag until kale is nicely coated with oil
  5. Distribute kale equally on a baking sheet
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy.

Serves 4
